Whitburn Traders Home

Welcome to the website of ‘Whitburn Traders’, the association of shops and businesses in Whitburn. We formed in April 2009 and are a fully constituted organisation. We have three main objectives:

Represent the views of the members on local issues and express those to West Lothian Council and other bodies
Promote local businesses within the town centre area
Safeguard and promote the best interests of the town centre area

We have a small Management Committee at the moment and are always on the lookout for additional members to help us work together in order to achieve our objectives.

Since fruition in 2009, we have built up strong partnerships in the town and have strong support from Whitburn Community Development Trust (CDT), Whitburn Community Council, L & B Police, Local Elected Members and West Lothian Council to name a few.(...more)
